  1. Are Brogsdale candlesmade in the USA?
  2. Yes, all our scented candles and wax melts are made in beautiful Washington, NJ.
  3. Do you ship outside of the USA?
    A. No. Currently we only ship within the USA.
  4. Can I arrange a shipping carrier for pick up?
    A. No. We only use our shippers. We use USPS, FedEx, or UPS
  5. What are Brogsdale Candles made of?
    A. All our jar candles and wax melts are made with high quality soy blend waxes and fragrance oil.
  6. What happens if my candles are damage during shipping?
    A. We will replace any damage item for free. We will also cover the shipping cost for any damage item. We do require you to send us a picture of your damage item before returning. Send us an email to BrogsdaleCandles@gmail.com. Please include your order number. Please make subject of email “Damage”
  7. Do you accept returns?
    A. Yes. We offer a money back guarantee. We understand that candles need to be seen and smelled. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know. You can do the by emailing us at BrogsdaleCandles@gmail.com. Make subject Line “Return”. Please note we cannot accept returns on items that are used more than one-fourth of the amount. For candles no more than 3 hours burn time. For wax melts no more than two cubes.
  8. I do not see a fragrance that I am looking for
    A. At Brogsdale candles we strive to bring our customers the best service, scented candles, and wax melts possible. If you are looking for a particular fragrance and do not see it on our website, just contact usor send us an email at BrogsdaleCandles@gmail.com with the fragrance you’re looking for. We just might add your fragrance choice to the site.
  9. When will I receive my order?
  10. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the time that we receive it. If you supply us with your email address, you will receive notice of the shipment along with tracking info and updates.

Love love LOVE these candles! My husband and I always get the Paradise Spa as we have a beach theme in our house and this scent smells like... wait for it... Paradise ❤️ These candles burn well. Other candles (like yankee candles for example) burn in the middle and the wax remains on the glass but these candles burn all the way down! The wick gives the relaxing crackling sound that reminds me of falling asleep in front of the fireplace. Everything about these candles are great and customer service is so superb! The candles ship so fast! I ordered on a Monday and had the candles by Thursday 😃 A good combo to burn together in the house is Forever Love and Summer Breeze or Paradise Spa. Those combinations are just amazing 🤤🤤🤤

Brogsdale Candles have fantastic scents and the candles burn slow and evenly for a constant scent filling the room. My families favorite candles are their Raspberry Lemonade, Vanilla Scents and Eucalyptus and Spearmint!!! Also all the wax melts match the candles for scent and long lasting. Your big name candle manufacturers can’t match the customer service and availability Brogsdale Candles offer. Support small business and you will never go back to the other guys!!
